Fury—who made a guaranteed $28 million for his win vs. Wilder, which vaulted him to my No. 1 spot in the heavyweight rankings—has been linked to a possible matchup against his British countryman Anthony Joshua.
Fury’s father recently stated that his champion son would need $250 million to participate in that fight. Not that it matters much anyway at this moment. Joshua is scheduled to face title mandatory opponent Kubrat Pulev in June and then might have to make another title mandatory against Oleksandr Usyk.
